Alexandra Phillips

Alexandra Phillips has over ten years of experience in performance coaching, business consulting, and public speaking. She has worked as a performance and career coach with C-suite executives at many organizations, including, NBC, HBO, Lincoln Center, McGraw-Hill Education, Resolution Life, AlphaSights, Rockwell Automation, the New 42nd Street Inc., and CUNY. Alexandra specializes in helping leaders and public figures hone their message, connect with their audience, and deliver specialized content in a variety of settings. Alexandra is a frequent contributing author at The Conference Board, writing articles on business performance and how to navigate the challenges of the workplace. Alexandra was a lead facilitator for over 10 years at Lincoln Center Education, and created a curriculum that helped colleges and universities use aesthetic education as a pedagogical tool. Alexandra has facilitated countless off-sites bringing teams together and helping organizations find and deliver authentic mission statements. Alexandra is the founder of Alexandra Phillips Consulting, a boutique performance and business coaching company that is dedicated to finding unique and innovative solutions to the performance dilemmas that face leaders and public figures. Alexandra received her Certificate in Executive and Organizational Coaching from New York University. She is an ACC credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation. Alexandra is also an accomplished performer and a member of The Actor’s Studio where she has worked with colleagues such as Alec Baldwin, Harvey Keitel, and Ellyn Burstyn. She has a Master’s in Fine Arts from The Actor’s Studio, and graduated cum laude from Brown University.
